What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very laid back as long as the employee does the job that they are hired for. They are always willing to help and are flexible to help their employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire managers with a managerial background and experience. Actually listen and respond to employee and customer comments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great benefits, but not worth it.
Their compensation package is above average, they seem to really care about their employees

I enjoy working with my boss and the customers are very well taken care of.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Obtain a new CEO and get rid of all the nepotism at the company
