The environment is honestly kind of toxic. They work you to death. I always try to get along with people & give my work 110%. They will see that & then require 120%. The people will be very nice to your face but gossip & cattiness is rampant. Even if you do everything you can for everyone.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Friendliness, professionalism, & thoroughness. They were very easy interviews, since I'd done clinical rotations there already.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They pick favorites, regardless of work ethic, responsibility, or any other fair thing to judge by. They also gossip with those favorites.
