He served as a Vice President of Asset Accounting at Federal National Mortgage Association(Fannie Mae.) since May 2005. He served as Controller and Chief Financial Officer for two affiliated broker dealers, SunTrust Capital Markets and SunTrust Securities. He has 15 years of experience in accounting, regulatory reporting, derivatives accounting policy and Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and compliance. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Accounting degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. Mr. Ardrey is a Certified Public Accountant.
