Mr. Guedry served as an Executive Vice President of Western Alliance Bank since February 2015 until April 22, 2016. Mr. Guedry has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He served as Chief Operations Officer of Nevada Administration at Western Alliance Bancorporation. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Bank of Nevada. Mr. Guedry was responsible for Bank of Nevada's business development and sales activities. He served as Executive Vice President at Western Alliance Bancorporation. He served as Executive Vice President and Manager of Nevada at City National Corp. He was Senior Executive with City National Bank and veteran Las Vegas Banker. He served as Senior Banking Executive of Business Bank of Nevada, a subsidiary of City National Bank. He served as an Executive Vice President and Nevada Region Manager of City National Bank (Kilgore, TX) and City National Bank. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Business Bank Corp. since 2000. He served as Managing Director with CB Richard Ellis. He began his banking career with Valley Bank of Nevada in 1985 where he served in increasing roles of responsibility leading to his position as Vice President/Sales Manager. Mr. Guedry also worked in the banking industry in Northern California for several years. He has been a Director of Western Alliance Bank since January 2016. He served as a Director of Business Bank Corporation since 2000. He served as Member of Southern Nevada Advisory Board since September 26, 2007. He served as a Director of Business Bank of Nevada. He served as Chairman of Leadership Las Vegas and Corporate Recruitment Chairman for the 2000 Walk to Cure Diabetes event. He serves as Chairman of the Nevada Bankers Association. He serves as a Board Member of Woman's Development Center and Public Education Foundation and is a member of the Las Vegas Bowl Executive Committee. He is highly regarded in the community for his active involvement in community and banking industry service. Among his numerous activities, he was Chairman and Board member of the Nevada Bankers Association and board member of the local American Heart Association and Opportunity Village. Mr. Guedry graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 1983 with a BS degree in Business Management.
