Mr. John Maguire serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of California Administration of Western Alliance Bancorporation. Mr. Maguire served as Chief Operating Officer and President of Torrey Pines Bank Inc., since March 2009. Mr. Maguire served as Manager of the La Mesa Office until his promotion to Executive Vice President in 2007. He has been involved in the San Diego banking community since 1985 when he started his career at Bank of America. Subsequently, he spent fourteen years at Grossmont Bank / California Bank and Trust building local market knowledge and experience. He is a member of the East County YMCA Board of Directors. He also served on the Board of the Grossmont Hospital Foundation and is a former member of the La Mesa Rotary Club. Mr. Maguire earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of San Diego. He is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle, Washington.
