It is a supportive, affirming, and encouraging environment. The people are friendly. We enjoy being around each other.

We are competitive without being cutthroat. There is a lot of cooperation that goes on. We are also happy to see the success of others on the team, and celebrate everytime someone does well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Western and Southern requires you to be accountable, yet they provide a great deal and support, affirmation, and encouragement. I feel as though they are rooting for my success and will do everything in their power to provide what I need to succeed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It is a long process that allows you to learn about the candidate and gives the candidate opportunities to learn about you and the position. The goal is to make sure that they think we are a good fit as much as we think they are a good fit.
