What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Western and Southern requires you to be accountable, yet they provide a great deal and support, affirmation, and encouragement. I feel as though they are rooting for my success and will do everything in their power to provide what I need to succeed.
Willing to invest the capital and resources to continue to grow the enterprise. Cares greatly about the success of those who want to succeed.
They train you to be your own leader. Nice but can be difficult to get answers when busy

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They provide a 401(k) plan as well as a pension plan. The medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage is also excellent.
Still offers a pension for new hires, which is unheard of in the marketplace today.
Very nice compensation and paid training. There is a reason, it's very hard
Free lunch, paid transportation, low cost insurance

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are competitive without being cutthroat. There is a lot of cooperation that goes on. We are also happy to see the success of others on the team, and celebrate everytime someone does well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Find time for fun interactive activities... Build trust
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture itself and the will of people around you
It is a supportive, affirming, and encouraging environment. The people are friendly. We enjoy being around each other.
Culture fundamentals are openly and obviously discussed.
They are looking for leaders. Plenty of room at the top if you can figure out a good flow of business

What did you like most about the interview process?
It is a long process that allows you to learn about the candidate and gives the candidate opportunities to learn about you and the position. The goal is to make sure that they think we are a good fit as much as we think they are a good fit.
