What do you like best about the leadership team?
New team with great ideas and energy.
The leadership team is a group of forward thinkers. They are great leaders that are open to thinking out of the box to provide the best solutions in the most efficient and innovative way.
They're understand of what we do on the floor
it's a group effort men and women

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Adhearing to employees needs and provide better compensation
Need to recognize that people are their greatest asset.
They need to learn how to lead, like by example. Put effort into things and get the employees on board.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Gain share pay out money

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
30 yrs on job and still get second guessed on decisions I make.
just to be part of a team would make it all so much better and more tolerable.
they promise you a raise and it takes weeks to show up on your check

Very engaged and empowered with a great culture.
We know how to have fun while we get the job done
work hard help each other and look out for each other
The people on the floor are all great team players. we have a good base if they ever wanted to make a good product and really go forward.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
sharing the work load and respect
They need to work together and not try to be lazy when they been there longer everyone should work harder
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When its quitting time and we get to go home

The careful screening process or processes

It takes a long time to get back to you

Co-workers and mill team other than primary leader.

always moving not standing around down time
break time lunch time and quitting time

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
they make everything so difficult. They accuse, blame, and reprimend when they are the the ones that make the decisions to do dumb things. It just makes it imopossible. just work with us. Let us in.
Hard work needs to be rewarded
Lack of communication, workload and constant detail from original plan.
The higher ups do not communicate with the workers. They are clueless about how the employees feel and it seems as if they don't care. They don't even offer any incentives like company parties
