they make everything so difficult. They accuse, blame, and reprimend when they are the the ones that make the decisions to do dumb things. It just makes it imopossible. just work with us. Let us in.
Hard work needs to be rewarded
Lack of communication, workload and constant detail from original plan.
The higher ups do not communicate with the workers. They are clueless about how the employees feel and it seems as if they don't care. They don't even offer any incentives like company parties
