Mr. Ward H. Dickson has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of WestRock Company since July 1, 2015. Mr. Dickson has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Multi Packaging Solutions International Limited since June 06, 2017. Mr. Dickson served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of WestRock Company from September 16, 2013 to July 1, 2015. He served as Vice President of Worldwide Financial Operations at Scientific-Atlanta, LLC from October 2003 to February 2006. He was responsible for all sector and region financial oversight and support. In addition, he was continue to be responsible for financial analysis and reporting and is responsible for financial contract and margin analysis for Scientific Atlanta Inc. Mr. Dickson joined Scientific-Atlanta in 1991 and has held key finance positions supporting Scientific Atlanta Inc.'s Subscriber and Transmission businesses and its sales and manufacturing functions. In addition, he has had responsibility for treasury and financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining Scientific Atlanta Inc., he spent seven years at General Electric. He has been a Director of Multi Packaging Solutions International Limited since June 06, 2017. He served as a Director of Ingevity Corporation until May 16, 2016. Mr. Dickson earned a bachelors degree in business with a concentration in Finance from Indiana University and is a graduate of the General Electric financial management program.
