Ms. Julie Kramer Gerron, CFA, J.D. serves as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Westwood Management Corp. Ms. Gerron has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Westwood Holdings Group Inc. since March 2013 and its Corporate Secretary since March 2014. Previously, she served as a Vice President at Westwood Management Corp. Ms. Gerron joined Westwood Holdings Group in 2004 and is responsible for risk management, compliance and legal issues. Prior to this, she spent over five years at Smith & Summers where she served as a Portfolio Manager. Subsequently, Ms. Gerron spent six years working for various branches of the State of Oklahoma as Assistant Attorney General, Deputy General Counsel of the Insurance Department and as Special Counsel to the Executive Director of the House of Representatives. She is a C.F.A. charter holder. Ms. Gerron earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
