Mr. Michael E. Dubyak, also known as Mike, has been a Manager of Wright Express Corp. since November 2004. Mr. Dubyak served as its Chief Executive Officer of WEX Inc. from August 1998 to December 2013. He served as the President of WEX Inc., from August 1998 to April 2013. From November 1997 to August 1998, he served as Wright Express Corp.'s Executive Vice President of U.S. Sales and Marketing and also its Vice President of Marketing from January 1986 to January 1994. From January 1994 to November 1997, Mr. Dubyak was with Wright Express Corp. in various senior positions in marketing, marketing services, sales, business development and customer service. He has more than 30 years of experience in the payment processing, information management services and vehicle fleet and fuel industries. He has been the Executive Chairman of WEX Inc. since January 1, 2014. He has been a Director of Wright Express Corp., since 2005 and also served as its Director since November 2004.
