Scott Robert Phillips — President of Global Fleet at WEX

Mr. Scott Robert Phillips has been President of Global Fleet at WEX Inc. since December 05, 2017. Mr. Phillips served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of EFS at WEX Inc. since July 05, 2016 until December 05, 2017. Mr. Phillips joined WEX in 2016 when the company acquired EFS to expand its large and mid-sized over-the-road (OTR) and corporate payments business. He leads a new EFS line of business, responsible for OTR fleet activities along with the EFS Corporate Payments business. He served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Payments Division of Comdata Network Inc., since March 2008 and also served as its General Manager of Corporate Payments Division. He served as Senior Vice President of Comdata Network Inc., until March 2008. He has more than two decades of senior executive experience in the corporate payments industry. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Proprietary division of Comdata. He served in many management roles at Comdata and in 2000 he was responsible for the launch of Comdata's Debit business into new industries. He served in management since 1998 and served in a National Accounts Sales role where he managed many of Comdata's largest accounts in the Proprietary division. Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Providence College.
