Everything is good and HR is looking at newer benefits that will help the work force at Whatfix

Good mix of fixed, variable, stock options

It's higher than the industry standard, and increases by about 20-30% every year

My compensation is slightly better than the market average base. Moreover, my performance is rewarded duly with monetary bonuses semi-annually.
