What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

A flat structure which enables everyone to reach anyone at anytime

Co-worker support for one another.

friendly people, autonomy, no micromanagement

Employee centric, inclusive, diverse set of employees, good growth, fast promotions, good compensation, culture of learning and winning mindset

Management is open to feedback,

Open door policy, flat hierarchy, learning on steroids, flexible working hours, PEOPLE, free lunch and dinner, fast growth, constant support, innovation, etc.

The culture at Whatfix is very employee-friendly. I'm surprised that startup which is growing at an exponential pace is still able to be empathetic towards its employees. Innovation is nurtured here and also rewarded due to which I am developing an entrepreneurial approach towards problem-solving.
