Empathic and very reachable leading to a very comfortable approach to tackling problems on an organisational level

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair package and sales incentives
Everything is good and HR is looking at newer benefits that will help the work force at Whatfix
Good mix of fixed, variable, stock options
It's higher than the industry standard, and increases by about 20-30% every year
My compensation is slightly better than the market average base. Moreover, my performance is rewarded duly with monetary bonuses semi-annually.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No WFH Facilities or compensation for the office setup at home
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration is the name of the game here
Great co-workers and peers even with clear departmental divisions
People are cool, and supportive
They are open to building new ideas and drive a change to help be more customer centric
they are a friendly bunch of people

A flat structure which enables everyone to reach anyone at anytime
Co-worker support for one another.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The thoroughness of the entire process
Very thorough interview involving conversations quite relevant to every aspect of role being discussed
The speed at which the process got completed was very good .
HR round. They brought me into a comfortable zone before starting to evaluatee me
Constant updates, transparent feedback communication, interview in a discussion format, and I was treated with respect.

The PEOPLE and CULTURE within the company
Working with my team is enjoyable. Our discussions about work, career and life (apart from work) are interesting for me. The team-building activities like outings and engagement drives are delightful.
