Transparent leadership and a flat hierarchy across the organization are two top things that I like about working at Whatfix.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation is slightly better than the market average base. Moreover, my performance is rewarded duly with monetary bonuses semi-annually.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my team is enjoyable. Our discussions about work, career and life (apart from work) are interesting for me. The team-building activities like outings and engagement drives are delightful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Transparency in job description and company's vision from the beginning was something that I really appreciate. It gave me a fair idea of how I'll be contributing and how it can take my career forward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone that I've worked with is super supportive. We've a proactive culture where people want to contribute in identifying the improvement areas before any problems occur. This keeps me motivated and also helps me nurture innovative thinking.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Whatfix is very employee-friendly. I'm surprised that startup which is growing at an exponential pace is still able to be empathetic towards its employees. Innovation is nurtured here and also rewarded due to which I am developing an entrepreneurial approach towards problem-solving.
