The opportunity to share ideas, learn new technology, understand other cultures, make great decisions to move the organiztion forward and be part of a great industry.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Lead with action plans from executive leadership down that include ways to make the business more satisfying to a customers and client centric focused. Review the goals for alignment between executive leadership teams and only pay out bonuses if teams make their goals collectively.
