What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Lead with action plans from executive leadership down that include ways to make the business more satisfying to a customers and client centric focused. Review the goals for alignment between executive leadership teams and only pay out bonuses if teams make their goals collectively.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Better staffing, models, and compensation reviews done on a more proactive cycle rather than waiting till the industry changes. Interviews have resulted in subpar candidates until compensation has aligned with the marketplace.

Be honest with your employees about what the expectations are within this company and what the future looks like, both for Wheels as a whole and for each role.
