Having the flexibility to get the job done. The goals are aggressive but there is never a hawk over your shoulder.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard and play hard. The know when to be serious and professional but also when to crack a joke and be light hearted. Everyone is willing to lend a hand or advice. Nobody is judgemental because we all have the same goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We legitimately have the best leaders. They are approchable, passionate, intelligent and caring. We are constantly reminded that we are not just machines and our personal physical and mental health is always important. We are a socially responsible company that I am extremely proud to be a part of
