People engagement, even during Covid and remote working, we are constantly participating in activities that keeps everyone engaged.
The willingness to participate in group activities.
It's a small team, everyone knows each other and helps each other without any hesitation.
I think the way we've managed to stay very connected during the transition to work from home. We have colleagues who live alone, colleagues who have moved, colleagues who have had no child care but we've all really given each other support as well as space to make the best of a difficult year.
