I've been with Whisps now for over 18 months and have seen lots of change and lots of growth. It's fast paced but never boring. Whisps is also a company that puts their people first, they have supported me any time I needed space or time and I feel really grateful to be part of this journey.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation has been really helpful this year as we worked through so many changes due to the pandemic, flexibility and understanding from my manager has been key.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very goal focused ensuring the whole team is clear on what success looks like for us and tracks our performance as we work towards our goal. It brings a real sense of clarity and prioritization to my work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the progress we can make as a team each and every day. We set goals, we work hard, we deliver great products, programs, sales, and new customers. It's so easy to see the impact my work has on the business and that's a great feeling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are each extremely talented and everyone is so passionate for our success while also really caring about eachother. We started a daily standup and some days it's really just for us to be able to feel a connection while in quarantine and others it keeps everyone in the loop on projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the way we've managed to stay very connected during the transition to work from home. We have colleagues who live alone, colleagues who have moved, colleagues who have had no child care but we've all really given each other support as well as space to make the best of a difficult year.
