The management could be better - be more understanding of what they are asking of their employees and have a better sense of organization when it comes to delegating tasks. However, compared to other places I have worked, they are far nicer and understanding about scheduling.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get to have time off paid

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel undervalued because im overworked and underpaid due to taxes, also i feel undervalued because i was swindled and told white castle takes care of their team and they have yet to do so.
Sometimes I do 3 or 4 different jobs, and plus I deal with a hostile work environment
You have to beg for a raise so they can belittle you
Either better pay or a promotion would do

Because they tell me as I have documented written statements how good I am as a customer service specialists with the customers yet my last wage hike was only 16 cents more per hour!!!!

There was no interview I just got hire over the phone and come in with documents and start the next day
