The management could be better - be more understanding of what they are asking of their employees and have a better sense of organization when it comes to delegating tasks. However, compared to other places I have worked, they are far nicer and understanding about scheduling.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because whenever someone didn't show i was the one who calling to come save the store and keep it running. Then I get scheduled for 11 days str8 getting off at close. One day my body was on the verge of shutting down and it was a problem.

i feel undervalued because im overworked and underpaid due to taxes, also i feel undervalued because i was swindled and told white castle takes care of their team and they have yet to do so.

Sometimes I do 3 or 4 different jobs, and plus I deal with a hostile work environment

You have to beg for a raise so they can belittle you

Either better pay or a promotion would do

The only thing positive was the pay check to be honest. Ever since Tim took over it's a been on a downward spiral

The person in charge is what's wrong. It can be improved if the put someone who cares about they employees in charge

Management needs to step up and do their job and quit putting it on the employees with no training to run the store with no train

Someone needs to get a team that enjoys working well with others and also better management
