Everything was fine until Tim took over. Since he's been there ppl have quit and not excited to come to work. He's basically running white castle in the ground. He has this slave master mentality.

Talking to employees, scheduling and definitely need to do inventory better

Minus tim Lisa she Brian, the rest of the team had great chemistry and we worked as a team

The person in charge is what's wrong. It can be improved if the put someone who cares about they employees in charge
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only thing positive was the pay check to be honest. Ever since Tim took over it's a been on a downward spiral
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because whenever someone didn't show i was the one who calling to come save the store and keep it running. Then I get scheduled for 11 days str8 getting off at close. One day my body was on the verge of shutting down and it was a problem.
