The management could be better - be more understanding of what they are asking of their employees and have a better sense of organization when it comes to delegating tasks. However, compared to other places I have worked, they are far nicer and understanding about scheduling.

No one seems to complain too much.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because they tell me as I have documented written statements how good I am as a customer service specialists with the customers yet my last wage hike was only 16 cents more per hour!!!!

They're a group of people just like me. Sometimes you find yourself agreeing on the same things, and vice versa.
