They are not exclusive or isolating, they are a really welcoming and encompassing team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The management could be better - be more understanding of what they are asking of their employees and have a better sense of organization when it comes to delegating tasks. However, compared to other places I have worked, they are far nicer and understanding about scheduling.
