The entire team really do put a lot of energy and effort towards working together even the GM too!!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I really do not know. As I appreciate the nice comments and thoughts but one cannot take that to the bank!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because they tell me as I have documented written statements how good I am as a customer service specialists with the customers yet my last wage hike was only 16 cents more per hour!!!!
