A member of management tried to fist fight me on the sales floor when I disagreed with her. Low pay. Training does not exist. Very immature catty behavior from co-workers.

Good at sales. Manager tries and seems neutral to your face.

Stop being aggressive, hateful and talking about new hires and others in a negative way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers are amazing, the product is quality and the other locations (than where I work) is nice.
