What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is flexible with scheduling and offering fair hours.
They are fair and consistant. They treat each of us as if we are important to them and to the success of our store!

Making all the stores to follow the same rules.

Not micro managing,and under mining the employees.Very stressful.
Inspiring others into action; rewarding good behaviors and not protecting toxic ones; taking accountability

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is one and part time employees can participate in stock.
I was happy with my position and my salary. But unfortunately the manager came up with problems from nothing on purpose to kick me out.
Matching 401k , life insurance, bonuses, and discounts of stock purchase
The best part of the compensation package is the salary.
We do get bonus if we sell certain amounts. However, management keeps increasing the amount needed to sell to make bonus. Also, there is a good discount on product.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise without having to feel like I shouldn't have asked.
Again,I was constantly undermined.When ever I answered a question from the customer ,the mgr.or another employee would answer again.Repeating what I had said.
Noone communicates proply so you have no idea whats going on.

The ones that work hard work hard.
Everyone gets along well, there's never any drama or tension.
Thier sincerity , desire to grow , vision for the company ...
We are friends, we have a lot of fun and we do an excellent job. We all like to work!
They are decent good persons.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
For two years only had a meeting once.
Stop being aggressive, hateful and talking about new hires and others in a negative way.

We all cone from the latin culture

My store manager constantly lifts us up and shows us her appreciation for us.
The coworkers are great . The pos system is antiquated , there is over merchandise products . So you're constantly having to push things people don't want

More time invested in who they hire for authority positions
The culture it’s ok. The manager Rebecca Medhane is the worst person I ever meet in my lif

It was pretty direct and clear
They were friendly and very encouraging.

I met with the 2/3 of the directors for the various brands and they gave me much praise and acknowledgment for my skill level and accomplishments

The interview is essentially how are you going to deal woth their difficult EMPLOYEES. 1hr 45min of PREPARING for the PEOPLE i would have to work with. Nothing about job function or past experiences

Fun customers and nice selection of clothes
Being able to help style customers of different tastes and backgrounds.
When I am able to help someone put an outfit together and they leave excited about how they look.
