What did you like most about the interview process?
They were friendly and very encouraging.
It was fast and efficient.
Seemed straight forward and simple
I met with the 2/3 of the directors for the various brands and they gave me much praise and acknowledgment for my skill level and accomplishments
It was very smooth and interesting.
That they really listened when I told them my strengths and weaknesses, and factored that into my duties. But rather than letting the weaknesses stop me from doing something, they would slowly introduce me to those things and help me with them
A fast follow up and hire.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview is essentially how are you going to deal woth their difficult EMPLOYEES. 1hr 45min of PREPARING for the PEOPLE i would have to work with. Nothing about job function or past experiences
