What I love best about the leadership team at WHBM is that they take the time to train you. If you have any interest in a leadership positions they will assist you. Always encouraging, very hardworking to make the customers happy.

Making all the stores to follow the same rules.
Cultivate and grow experienced assocites
Not micro managing,and under mining the employees.Very stressful.
Inspiring others into action; rewarding good behaviors and not protecting toxic ones; taking accountability
Making things fair and not having favorites
Communication, accountability, and most importantly saftey. Store is always trashed with boxes stacked 6 feet high you have to climb over to get hangers. Manager broke entire bottle of wine she brought to work still smells and floors always sticky
