Being able to learn from my co workers
What makes you most happy at work?
When I pull some items for someone to try, and they try it on and tell me that they're glad I picked it out for them, because they proably wouldn't have pick it out themselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have taught me pretty much everything I know. I had never worked a retail job before WHBM, and their patience, willingness to help, and eagerness for me to grow at the company is really great
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Patience and helpfulness. Whether it be we with each other as co workers, or with customers who don't quite know what they want, my co workers and I love to help each other, and our customers
What did you like most about the interview process?
That they really listened when I told them my strengths and weaknesses, and factored that into my duties. But rather than letting the weaknesses stop me from doing something, they would slowly introduce me to those things and help me with them
