customer service is seriously deficient
I was basically forced to switch from my 6 year provider when I moved to this complex, In those 6 years I had maybe 2 different occasions of downtime. I've been basically had no other option and was hesitant to move here because of it. Having to pay for service you don't even want is ridiculous.
Easier way for customers to make an online account. The current webpage does not work and is hard to find access to.
The ABC channel is terrible quality
They can improve by literally just shutting down entirely. Horrible service in all regards.
