Mr. Donald Craig Martin serves as General Counsel and Secretary of Wideopenwest, LLC and Wideopenwest Networks, LLC. Mr. Martin has been General Counsel and Secretary of WideOpenWest Finance, LLC, Racecar Holdings, LLC and WideOpenWest, Inc. since January 2000. Mr. Martin is responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs. He serves as General Counsel and Secretary at IpTel Direct, Inc. He has provided legal services to the cable industry throughout the nation for almost twenty years. His services range from franchise relationships to local, state (public utility commission), and federal (FCC) regulatory compliance. His professional background also includes extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and securities law. Prior to WOW! Internet and Cable, he served for over ten years as the Chief Operating Officer of a law firm with over 100 attorneys. His responsibilities there included strategic planning, financial budgeting, reporting and analysis, marketing of legal services, recruitment of attorneys and staff and all aspects of human resources. Mr. Martin received his B.A. from Amherst College, where he graduated cum laude and M.Sc. from Trinity College, Dublin and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame, where he was an Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review.
