What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Hire directors who genuinely enjoy collaborating and being around people!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like to be paid at market rate, at least.

It was a welcoming, straightforward and relatively fast interview process with my entire team.

What makes you most happy at work?

Feeling like my goals are clear and in alignment with the mission, and having fun colleagues who are equally fulfilled in their work

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Several people managers I work with have their egos tied to their work, despite going through leadership training. Please stop using company time and colleagues to pursue pet projects. If it's not tied to organization goals, you don't need to bring multiple departments into a meeting about it.
