What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is invested in developing each employee both professionally and personally. I love that our leadership operates with the methodology of holding team members loosely. They give us to the tools to do excellent work at Will Reed... and beyond!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Will Reed is a startup. Because of this, the benefits could be better. However, given how young our company is, the benefits are fair.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people at Will Reed will become your best friends. You will have the time of your life working here. It feels like a family, not just co-workers. Because of this, people are motivated to succeed in a healthy and encouraging way.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Will Reed is inspiring. When you come into work, you want to succeed - not for yourself, but for your team and for the company. People who work at Will Reed feeling apathetic about work will soon have their minds changed. You will begin to love work... which who thought was possible?!

What did you like most about the interview process?
It is extremely thorough and gives every candidate a chance to "try on" the job and culture.
The interview process is very difficult. Every potential team member is put through several phone interviews, on-site meetings, and a project. I love that our interview processes is difficult because it shows how seriously we take making a hire. If you join Will Reed, you are the best of the best.

What makes you most happy at work?
Will Reed provides ample opportunity to truly own what you do. There is always plenty to do, and because of that, everyone feels like an owner at Will Reed. You will get responsible way beyond what your industry peers receive. The challenge allows individuals to rise and to grow quickly.
