What did you like most about the interview process?It is extremely thorough and gives every candidate a chance to "try on" the job and culture.
What do you like best about your company?The culture here is one that inspires excellence in everything that we do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team is invested in developing each employee both professionally and personally. I love that our leadership operates with the methodology of holding team members loosely. They give us to the tools to do excellent work at Will Reed... and beyond!
What would you most like to see improved at your company?I would like us to nail down the day-to-day processes required to help us scale.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Will Reed is a startup. Because of this, the benefits could be better. However, given how young our company is, the benefits are fair.
