Mr. Michael A. Bieber, also known as Mike, has been the President at Willdan Group, Inc. since November 3, 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of Corporate Development since December 31, 2014. Mr. Bieber served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Tetra Tech Inc. Mr. Bieber served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Tetra Tech Inc. since November 2005. Mr. Bieber served as Vice President, Investor Relations of Tetra Tech Inc. in November 2003. Mr. Bieber joined Tetra Tech Inc. in 1996 as a proposal manager. Mr. Bieber was a Senior Vice President at Tetra Tech, where he served in a number of leadership roles for over 18 years. From 2007 to 2014, Mr. Bieber managed Tetra Tech??? s mergers and acquisitions and investor relations functions, overseeing over 50 acquisitions. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Bieber managed Tetra Tech??? s corporate business development group and since 2000, played a large role in Tetra Tech??? s investor relations group. In the early 1990??? s, Mr. Bieber began his E&C industry career at CRC, Inc. and its successor as a strategic business development consultant to large defense, infrastructure and environmental firms. Prior to that, Mr. Bieber worked for IT Corporation (now CB&I) where he served as project manager and engineer on government nuclear and commercial environmental projects. He was named Director of Investor Relations in 2000. From 1994 to 1996, he served as a government proposal consultant at CRC Environmental and its successor, Smith Environmental. He worked for IT Corporation (now The Shaw Group Inc.), where he served as project manager on government nuclear projects and was a staff engineer. Mr. Bieber holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the Tennessee Technological University.
