What did you like most about the interview process?
It was not like a questionnaire that the hiring manager was reading off, she approached the interview like a conversation.
Competitive but fair. I had no finance background and they gave me a chance to prove myself and differentiate myself from the competition.
thoroughness of the process, meeting quite a few leaders and getting their input on importance of role. you get a good feel for the culture
