What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, concerned with employee growth
The leadership listens & supports. During the pandemic, the CFO wrote a weekly emails to all employees to keep up morale & keep us updated re. COVID. During major world events, our present CEO Brent Gledhill sends us emails--like Queen Elizabeth's death he brought our London office closer to us.
Everyone Communicates! Everyone works together to find the best solutions.
Open minded. Fair. Promote from within and takes a long term view of the business.

Vacation days are respected and taken and nothing suffers because of it.

Diversity. You never feel left out.

The executive team needs to be replaced.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was not like a questionnaire that the hiring manager was reading off, she approached the interview like a conversation.
Competitive but fair. I had no finance background and they gave me a chance to prove myself and differentiate myself from the competition.
thoroughness of the process, meeting quite a few leaders and getting their input on importance of role. you get a good feel for the culture
That it is interactive, that we test qualitative and quantitative.
The person that interviewed me was really nice to deal with.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It has improved since my experience. Tighter group of interview group and better communication

Knowing that my work and presence is valued.
Great management that is supportive in the research department and exec team.
