What do you like best about the leadership team?Approachable, concerned with employee growth
What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership listens & supports. During the pandemic, the CFO wrote a weekly emails to all employees to keep up morale & keep us updated re. COVID. During major world events, our present CEO Brent Gledhill sends us emails--like Queen Elizabeth's death he brought our London office closer to us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Vacation days are respected and taken and nothing suffers because of it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The executive team needs to be replaced.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?It has improved since my experience. Tighter group of interview group and better communication
