Allowance in night shift, increment according to performance.
There are three tiers for medical options so you can choose the plan that works for you.
The 401k match is pretty nice
For my area (Wheeling, WV), we are comparably compensated. But the company could do better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company takes advantage of the level of responsibility I have for my job. Work late many days and dont get ot
I am getting less compensation than my expectation
We constantly have to bend over backwards for the attorneys but get paid pennies compared to their secretaries...for doing more work more effectively
A lot of work with very little pay

Frequent meetings and updates regarding work progress and company policies.
Their humor and work ethic.
Some hard working professionals but not all.
Our team works very well together. We collaborate and work hard to solve problems and meet our client's expectations.

They could all be less incompetent and much less rude.
Be more responsible. Stop taking advantage of rules

I attended an open house, which the company holds a few times per year.
They used to test you and your skills
I would describe it as laid back but still very professional. Much like a lot of Williams Lea. It sounds like an odd combination but it really works well.

Friendly atmosphere and open minded company policies.
The paycheck makes me most happy.
Free time or times we are fully staffed (hardly ever are)
I feel valued. I feel like I make a difference for the clients everyday and that is very rewarding.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough loyalty from coworkers
Its just not fun work. I'd much rather be doing something fun or positive.
