  • Suit and tie. You should wear that for any interview at any financial services company unless specifically told differently. Even if they are business casual like so many firms are now. Wilshire is not casual, so be prepared to continue wearing suit and tie if you get the job. Good luck!

  • Not very anymore. Used to be immensely innovative, but that digs into the dividend distributed to the ageing owner(s).

  • Not at all. There are a few people left who have innovation in them, but it is not encouraged from the top, who prefers to Mille the cash flow rather than invest in expand long the business.
