On time salary and holidays as per government policies.
trying to understand collogues thought,. trying to solve the problem rather pointing the problem.
management has to evaluate those who works sincerely and honestly, moreover intime. rather evaluate longer working person.
Not to put unnecessary pressure. Given freedom to work rather bossing all the time . Evaluation has to based on efficiency , honesty, sincerity and dedication rather flattering.
While I interact within the team and while I deal with customer. majorly while I achieve something. While I solve a critical issues.. While management appreciate my work .
There were multiple steps. Initial was face to face interview with Office manager. After that reginal manager. Next interview was with immediate boss who is Head of Merchandising & director operation, Final selection was done by Managing director. I love the process though it's longer but enjoyable.
I make my team differently, they works solely & independently. Good thing they use to accept their mistake if they made & they ask for help. I used to take ownership of their mistake & given suggestion to resolve this issue. And advise not to repeat the problem again.
