management has to evaluate those who works sincerely and honestly, moreover intime. rather evaluate longer working person.
Getting paid more for overtime
No matter how much I do it's never enough. Temp employees make nearly as much as I do, and I've been there for years

Not to put unnecessary pressure. Given freedom to work rather bossing all the time . Evaluation has to based on efficiency , honesty, sincerity and dedication rather flattering.
