FedEx Office
Another great option is sending packages to an eligible FedEx Office location as it's free to have it held for 5 business days and they often have flexible hours. All you need for pick up is your I.D. and tracking number! You can either set the FedEx Office to be your membership's default address or you may follow these steps to arrange for pick-up on an as-needed basis.
Anytime if you'd like to change your shipping address, justlog in andgo to your Address Book under the Account Settings pageto update and save your information.

View ArticleWhen opting intoSMS shippingnotifications, you will be sent a text to the cell phone number on file between the hours of 8AM- 8PMlocal timeand wewon'tuse your cell phone for marketing purposes.
The text will be sent once your order has shipped and will provide the tracking number as well as the estimated delivery date. A text will also be sent if you miss a delivery attempt.
How can I opt into SMS shippingnotifications?
You can opt into SMS shippingnotifications by logging into your Winc Membershipaccount and going to your Account Settings. Scroll down and check the box next to "SMS ShippingNotifications or via our mobile app. Simple as that!
If youd like you can also email/chat/call us and we will be more than happy to opt you into SMS shippingnotifications on our end.

View ArticleYes, you can absolutely edit the wines in your box. From the website, on the top right of the screen, click the box icon. A pop-up windowwill appear to edit your box.
To add, subtract, or remove wines use the (+), (-), and (Remove) buttons to edit. You will see an updated summary in your boxonce this is completed.
As soon as you're done making your changes, you're welcome toplace a Ship Now order at anytime! Otherwise, thosewines in your box will automatically process on your next order date.
We recommend you make any changes at least 48hours before your next designated orderdate!

First, both our box and the pulp trays inside are entirely compostable. You'll also notice that most Winc bottles arrive without a cork capsule.Back in the day, capsules were used to protect corks in old cellars. Now they're no longer needed as wine bottles are stored in controlled and regulated cellars or warehouses. It's extremelysustainable to go without them!
The reason wedon'thave a recycling program in place for our boxes or bottles is that the carbon impact of moving them back and forth is actually pretty substantial. However, we 100% promote re-use of the materials in fun DIY projects to give them further lives. Check out our YouTube Channel to see videos on how to make leftover materials from your shipment into picture frames, decorative trays, flower vases, and more!If youstill wish to learnhow you can recycle your Wincmaterials, check out this site to find a recycling center near you.
Furthermore, by transporting wine in reusable totes to a centralized bottling and distribution facility we avoid the significant carbon impact of added weight and wasted space of transporting finished wine in bottles. We also bottle wine using a just-in-time inventory strategy meaning wine travels in bottles for the 'final mile' only, directly from our distribution center to your doorstep. This reduces our carbon footprint an estimated 50%.
We actively support growers and winemakers that practice sustainable farming and winemaking. Whenever possible we opt for organically grown grapes and minimal intervention in production. We feature a number of biodynamic, vegan, and otherwise sustainably farmed and vinted wines.

There, you can see the wines in your current order as well as the status. Here are a few statuses you might see:
Authorized
Your order has been placed. Our warehouse will soon get your wine ready for you to enjoy!
Committed
Your wine has been packed and has begun making its way to you!Its been picked up by FedEx and is waiting to be scanned at the first hub. Once it's scanned, you'll get your tracking number to follow along!
Shipped
Your wine hasbeen scannedinto the first FedEx hub. You now have your tracking number to follow its journey to you!
When the orderhasreached "Shipped" status, you can view the details of its journey en route to you by clicking the specific order and then by clicking the Track Packagebutton.
We also send you tracking information in your Shipped email. If you are not seeing these, be sure to check your promotions or spam folders. You can also add [email protected] to your contacts so you don't miss any important emails!
