- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Better customer service, You get which you pay for basically
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?No communication what so ever with this place
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was making $10 an hour but because I was given 5 extra hurt a week they dropped my pay to $9.40 per hour. Plus I get 40 hours a week but the months that have 5 fridays I have to only work 20 hours the last 2 weeks of that month. I don't think that's fair.
