What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear mission and standards applied to all

Leadership is fair and easy to work with, but they still get things done.

Run the company in a positive manner. Not self sabatoge the company. It is currently being run to extract all the capital and not lookkng at future
Listening to employees and actually training employees instead of just turning them all over.
Focus on getting the most out of people they are getting 40% out of the team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation packages are excessive. The top executives have negative performance year over year and see large increases.
They pay me enough to keep me here, it's probably not as bad as some places.
Compensation is very fair and the benefits are amazing! Health insurance is the best I have seen at any company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Micromanager, no trust, experience and ideas are not used

I work with a great team of ladies who are kind, friendly and make me look forward to coming to work, but also get down to work and get their jobs done.

Coworkers are not honest about their opportunties and are scared to share.

The company culture is a bit old fashioned, but it seems to work to make the business thrive.

Upper management needs to be replaced. They are not running for a positive future.
Ability to give honest feedback - when honest feedback is given those individuals are asked to leave.
