Leadership is fair and easy to work with, but they still get things done.

Listening to employees and actually training employees instead of just turning them all over.
Focus on getting the most out of people they are getting 40% out of the team.
Not lying to employees and being manipulative
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay me enough to keep me here, it's probably not as bad as some places.
Compensation is very fair and the benefits are amazing! Health insurance is the best I have seen at any company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Micromanager, no trust, experience and ideas are not used

collaborative and trying to add value to our franchisees every day
They share common life issues
I work with a great team of ladies who are kind, friendly and make me look forward to coming to work, but also get down to work and get their jobs done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are not honest about their opportunties and are scared to share.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the mission and the people
The company culture is a bit old fashioned, but it seems to work to make the business thrive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Ability to give honest feedback - when honest feedback is given those individuals are asked to leave.
The owners having meeting with all employees in one room not separating their issues

Weeding process. High turnover. Owners never honest.
