What benefits does Wipro Digital provide?
Standard medical/dental/vision at fairly low co-premium, fairly extensive suite of extended benefits (LTD, etc). Medical has a wellness plan. Some levels have life insurance covered. Fairly standard but liberal PTO.
What's the work from home policy like at Wipro Digital?
While it depends on which division you work for, within my group it is highly flexible. While of course we are encouraged to collaborate and work F2F with both peers and clients alike, pretty much all groups in Wipro Digital are treated like adults with a generous WFH policy.
