It's not that I feel undervalued or underpaid specifically for my position, but the reality of even "fair" compensation is that living costs are so incredibly expensive currently that even comparatively fair compensation isn't realistically enough to not still struggle.

- Salary is not comparable to offers from other businesses recruiting in boston - 401k match is shallow - benefits based on remote/in person status are vague - job roles are not clearly defined

- senior leadership does not seem to feel accountable or mutually aligned - improving but rough - needs to better identify, acknowledge, and act on failure - it would be great if there was acknowledgement of loss of trust in org - clearer communication of roles, responsibilities, and growth ops

The leadership team has somehow become a lot of micromanagers. They don't practice what they preach around autonomy, trust and DEI
